It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Frank Ned Foti, who passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the age of 90.
Born in St. Martinville, LA on September 26, 1935, to the late N.N. Foti and Lucille Primeaux Foti.
Frank was a longtime resident of Livonia, and lived a life defined by hard work, generosity, and devotion to his family and community. He was a respected pharmacist whose career spanned more than 50 years, serving countless families with compassion, integrity, and professionalism. Through his dedication to his profession and the people he served, he earned the trust and admiration of generations of patients.
Frank was also deeply committed to his community. Over the years, he faithfully served on the boards of Peoples Bank, Innis Community Health Center, and Pointe Coupee General Hospital, helping strengthen the institutions that meant so much to the people of Pointe Coupee Parish.
Outside of his professional life, Frank found peace and fulfillment in the outdoors. He took great pride in planting and caring for more than 1,500 pecan trees on his property, creating a lasting legacy that reflected his patience, vision, and love of the land. He also found great joy in bird watching, appreciating the beauty and tranquility of nature.
Above all else, Frank treasured his family. His greatest happiness came from spending time with those he loved most. Whether sharing stories, celebrating milestones, or simply enjoying everyday moments together, he was happiest when surrounded by his family. His love, wisdom, quiet strength, and unwavering support will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Frank leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 57 years, Barbara Jo Kirkland Foti; three daughters, Gina Anderson (David); Karen Jarreau (Mark) and Angela Foti and four grandchildren, Chris Foti, Megan Jarreau, Matthew Jarreau and Shea Lee.
