I want to thank you Broussard kids for sharing your mom and your dad with me - you know they helped me raise Jon, Jason, Keisha and Tonya. I will never forget the time Shirley jokingly called me his girlfriend and young Jason made it known clearly that his moma didn't have a boyfriend. Shirely laughed for a million dollars about that. I will never forget the good you all have given us. He'll be missed. Love you all...

Dear Cousins: We are thinking of you all. I'm sure Shirley is laughing louder then ever, as he is reunited with so many family members. I wish we could be with you at this time, but please know we're thinking of you. God Bless.
