Andrew Fischer 73 of St Petersburg, FL passed away Thursday May 8, 2014 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in South Pasadena. Andrew was born on February 10, 1941 in Benton Harbor, MI. He is survived by his Step Father John Hoisington, and daughters Kim and Kelly. He will be missed by his family and friends.
