

Audrey was born in St. John's, NL, to Samuel and Helen (Hiscock) Peach and was raised in Manuels, CBS. She was a graduate of Queen Elizabeth Regional High School, Class of '67.
Audrey enjoyed traveling and meeting people. Most of her career was spent traveling the island of Newfoundland as a sales representative for various sewing notions wholesalers. She later worked as a hostess within the hospitality industry in St. Pete's Beach. Many of the people she met along the way became lifelong friends.
She was predeceased by her parents and her loving husband, William "Bill" Callahan.
Leaving behind with a lifetime of memories and love are her daughters L.A. Beitenman (Erin) and Lorraine Kyriapoulos (Greg), her cherished grandchildren Gregory Beitenman (Megan) and Alexandra Knight, as well as a large circle of family and friends in both Newfoundland and the St. Petersburg area.
A gathering in her memory will be held at the Beach Memorial Chapel, 301 Corey Ave, St. Pete's Beach, on July 11, 2026, from noon to 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Suncoast Hospice Foundation (suncoasthospicefoundation.org) or a charity of one's choice.
