David Lundy was born July 10, 1947 in Tampa, Florida to Claude and Ethel Lundy. David, better know as Gator, is survived by his wife of 30 years Lornora Lundy, three children, sons James Lundy and Ben Gwynne, and daughter Michelle Hampton. He is also survived by his sister Claudette Lundy, and eight grandchildren. Gator served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. After the service his favorite sport was softball. He played with several teams locally in Pinellas County. He also was a coach for Bill Hulse Sporting Goods and coached an all girls softball team, the Sportettes. Gator Loved camping, fishing, and motorcycle riding with the Gold Wing St. Petersburg chapter " Wings in Paradise ". Gator will be truly missed.
