PHILLIPS, Donald C. 89, of St Petersburg, formerly of Mansfield Texas died December 6, 2017 at Bayfront Hospice Unit in St Petersburg, FL. He was born July 11, 1928 in St Louis Missouri to parents Cecil and Peggy (Altemier) Phillips. Mr. Phillips was an engineer in the aerospace industry, and was a veteran serving in the US Navy.
