Joyce Knight, 64, passed away on January 4, 2026, following a brief but serious illness. She was a graduate of Fairport high School and attended the University at Buffalo. Joyce built a successful career as a contractor and computer technician, working across the country and earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Joyce is survived by her partner of 30 years, Jon Rickenbacher; her father John Knight, and his wife Elizabeth; her nephew, Leif Dahl, and his wife Elizabeth, and their three daughters; as well as many dear friends from around the country.
Joyce made her home in St. Pete Beach, Florida, where she lived for the past three decades.
