Becky was a free spirit and a fun lady. We are glad to have known her as a friend.

Becky was the first person to tell me, I better go see, "Reservoir Dogs." She also told me about obscure bands like, "Skinny Puppy" and "Meat Puppets." I met her, right before I moved away for college. 

MY FAVORITE memory (s) circa 92- 93, serving her and Ron dinner at Brunello, every night. She told me Ron loved her so much that he 'purposely' didn't build a kitchen, in their beach house, so she never had to cook. 
I always wondered if that was true but knew Becky was just the coolest chic. She definitely shaped my taste in movies and music.... and men, forever.

We remember Becky with fondness. She was full of life and a  pleasure to be around. I met her in high school in 1957 and remember her with a lot of good memories.

I just learned of Rebecca's passing. Wanted to pass along my heart felt condolences to you and your
extended family. Have fond memories of her and your whole family in the old St Pete Beach days.

I am so sad to learn that Becky is gone.  I fondly remember the wild and crazy things we did in the 50's.
Although we lost touch I always will remember her.

You both were silent role models for a lot of us growing up on St Pete beach.
I still to this day randomly park my car anywhere and make my own spot, from my remembrance of Becky fearlessly parking her Ferrari next to any front door she was near.
Add in, German Shepard on the beach rules and avoidance, to her out playing me and taking all my money playing cards.  I could go on and on...
She was just a refreshing unique person, that one does not get to meet and know often in life.

Dear Struthers family,

I am so sorry for your loss.   I will always remember Kenny's sweet mother greeting me as she sunbathed on the beach in front of your home while on one of my many walks.  She loved the beach as much as I did and she always gave me a big friendly smile.   I have so many happy memories of being with my dear friend Kenny and knowing that they are together again brings me comfort.    It was such a blessing to be one of the "beach kids" privileged to know your family.
