EMERY “JERRY” L. SIMPSON, JR., passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2010. He was born on September 26, 1927, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Emery L. and Pauline Givens Simpson. Jerry will be remembered by all for his sense of humor and his sharp wit. He is survived by his wife, Tina Keng, her daughter, Sherry Chang and husband Peter Song, and their son, Isaac Song; his four children, Sharon Simpson Cradic, Steve Simpson and wife Mary, Shirley Simpson DaPonte and husband Dean, Sue Simpson Sims and husband Nick; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathan Sims. A Memorial Service honoring Jerry’s life will be held at 2:30 PM, on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Earthman Southwest Chapel, Stafford.
