We can humbly say that Lupe made a lasting impression on everyone she met with her charm, which was only surpassed by the size of her heart. She will be remembered mostly for her kindness, humor and love for her Lord Jesus Christ, family and friends! Lupe enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling to the casino, bingo, dining out, listening to gospel music and sitting in her garage people watching.
Guadalupe had been a member of Holy Family Catholic Church since 1969, and she was involved on the ACTS women’s group.
Lupe is survived by her husband of 26 years, Jose R. Manriquez. They both enjoyed bird watching, sitting on the couch watching movies, cooking, attending their grandkids school activities she was their biggest fan. She is also survived by her daughters Josephine Taylor and her husband Jeremy “Adam”, Veronica Desai and her husband Divyesh and Christina Manriquez; her grandchildren, Alyssa Gallaway, Tyler Melchior and his wife Madyson, Valerie Marie, Christopher Barrera, Michael Desai and Jose Barrera, and her great-grandchildren, Rosalie Borrero and Kade Melchior.
Guadalupe is preceded in death by her parents, Federico Cuellar and Guadalupe Gonzalez, her brothers, Juan Cuellar and Jose Molina; her nieces, Jessica Cuellar, Laura Molina and Lisa Michelle Peña; her Aunt Josefina Peña; her uncle, Santos Gonzalez and her cousin Raul Gonzales.
