To the family of John......
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
John was full of happy thoughts and alwayed had a positive outlook by the ways he shared that with others.

Please remember to reflect back on your memories of special times you had with John, especially those pictures you have as they will truly last a lifetime for you.

Dear Rita and family, My deepest sympathy goes out to you. John and I worked several years together at Community Coffee Company. Most of those times were away from our familys. He worked hard and laughed hard. He had a great sense of humor, which is one reason I loved him so much. He may be gone but the memory of him will be with me forever.

I don't know quite what to say John. I have some wonderful memories from the last 20 years and you were so much a part of them. You were there at mine and Bruce's first date, when Bruce proposed marriage to me, you were the best man at our wedding and all of the great camping we did. You were more than just a friend, you have been more like a brother to me and I will miss you dearly. When I had no family, you and your family opened your hearts and made me part of yours and for that I will be eternally gratefull. You've worked hard for a long time being a good husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend but now its time for you to rest. God bless you and your family.  Love, Nancy

I will always remember the times that we spent at John's house grilling steaks and having a few adult beverages after work. We all worked long hours away from our homes and families and John's house was a refuge for all of us while we worked in the Greater Houston Area. This is also where I had the pleasure of meeting Rita. John always spoke about Rita and Justin whenever we all were together. John touched us all and although we all went in different directions over the last five years, his friendship was never forgotten. His smile and laugh will be missed but he will always be a part of my life. Thank you John. God bless Justin, Rita and the entire Burger family.

Always enjoyed John's sense of humor and enjoyed working with him.  He was definitely part of the Randalls culture.

I am sorry for your loss, and for our loss.  I worked with John for many years at the Randalls corporate office.  John was a great guy... a down-to-earth, simple man that enjoyed the simple things of life.  He treasured family and friends.  I will remember him most for his smile, his laugh and his ability to make everyone laugh.  Heaven is a brighter place with his presence.

For all the camp grounds we visited and through all types of weather we always had fun with you John. I feel blessed to have known him and to call him a friend...I know many who feel the same. You always were there to help,whether it was calling in the Mobil Moving Group to help a friend or spend hours cutting fire wood on the driveway. I will miss you John but I know your in Heaven and are looking down on us. To the Burger family, I send my deepest love and sympathy to you during this trying time.

To the bereaved family, please know that you're not alone in this time of sorrow. You can be comforted by reflecting on a time when those asleep in death will be resurrected to life again. At that time no one will be sick or suffer from pain that later ends in death. Yes, these blessings and so many more will take place under God's Kingdom rule.
