Lucy DeCarlo, 87, passed away on April 26, 2019. Lucy was born on December 20, 1931 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She is survived by Joe, her loving husband of 64 years, and four children, all of whom adored her: James DeCarlo and wife, Cindy, Joanne DeCarlo and Cindy Madiane, all of Houston; and Diane Kennedy and husband, Steve, of San Antonio. She is also survived by six adoring grandchildren and six great-grandchildren: Sherri, Hunter, Nathan, Tarik, Brandon, Danielle, Demitri, Briana, Olivia, Aubrey, Wyatt, and Waylon.
A private Celebration of Life to honor Lucy will be held at St. Albert Catholic Church where Lucy and Joe have been charter members since 1973. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that donations in Lucy’s name be made to St. Albert’s Church Building Fund, 11027 S. Gessner Rd., Houston, TX 77071-3599.
