Marianne A Younger

Marianne Younger, 79 beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away August 8, 2013. Born on September 17, 1933 to the late Wayne Ayers and Mary Welch Ayers. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia Johnson & Beth Efird.

She grew up in Dallas Texas where she attended Sunset High School, met her high school sweetheart and married the love of her life Bennie R. Younger. They were married for 62 years.

Marianne was a longtime resident of Houston, Texas where she raised her children, Susan Meisner of Richland, WA, Steve Younger of Sugar Land TX, Sheryl Lochridge and husband Roger of Houston; grand children, Chris Meisner, Melinda Holloway, Alyssa Muecke, Cole Younger, Stephany Younger, Roger Lochridge, Jr. and Jeff Lochridge; and many great grandchildren too.

She was business owner of OK Parking Company for over 40 years with her husband Bennie. She was a member of the Korean War Veterans with her husband which she loved and had many friends.

Visitation: 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 13, 2013, Earthman Southwest Chapel, Stafford, with a Funeral Service beginning at 11:30 A.M, with Pastor Mark Howell, officiating. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery at 1:45 P.M. Memorial Donations may be made in her name to American Diabetes, American Heart Association or Korean War Veterans Houston Chapter.
