Olivia Tobias Manuel

Olivia “Beth” Tobias Manuel, age 73, was born in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, in the Philippines on March 5, 1952. She went to join Our Heavenly Father peacefully and surrounded by family the morning of September 23, 2025 in Sugar Land, TX.

Olivia served passionately as a Registered Nurse, starting her career in the Philippines, then moved to the United States in 1977. She met her husband, Bonifacio, and they settled in Meadows Place, TX. She provided care to her community for over 40 years. Her truest passions in life were her faith in God, sharing a good meal, and her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She had no shortage of love, support, and joy to share to those around her.

Our hearts ache without her physical presence, but we find peace in knowing we now have another Guardian Angel watching over us. She will be dearly and deeply missed. Our family thanks you for your love, support, and prayers. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Olivia is survived by her children— Jason & Christine, Jonathan & Christine, and Jennifer & Matt; grandchildren— Kayla, Brayden, Hayley, Cameron, and Baby Boy Bartula; sisters— Frances, Linda, brother— Rudy. She is also survived by dozens of nieces and nephews, and the many other lives she touched.

She joins, in heaven, husband— Bonifacio; mother and father— Antonina and Agripino; brothers— Pedro, Leonardo, George; sisters— Fely and Caridad.
