Ron Lamers 59, passed away on Oct 5, 2017 surrounded by the love of his wife Alexandra and son Benjamin. He was born in Rotterdam, Holland to Henricus and Johanna Lamers. He is survived by his wife, son , his nephew Jasper, nieces Gwendolyn and Elsemiek. After Serving in the Dutch military, Ron started in the hotel business in Holland , then Dubai where he met his wife. Ultimately, he landed in the United States where his career took them up and down the east coast till he was transferred to Houston, to the St. Regis hotel. Ron was devoted to his family, and loved his job. His passion was cooking and eating, golf, traveling and snorkeling among other things. He had a great sense of humor, loved life, had fun and was kind to people. Ron was a loving husband who did everything for his family and was always there to listen and help anyone out. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and colleagues.
Memorial Service to be held at 5:00 pm on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 S. Kirkwood, Stafford, Texas 77477.
