Ron was born in Highland Park Michigan on May 2nd, 1958. He attended Eisenhower High School and graduated in 1976. He had worked for Chatham supermarkets until he left for Houston Texas in 1982. Once there, he worked for McGinnis Cadillac and the Mazada Corporation. For the last 19 years of his life he had worked at Schlumberger where he held the position of Trade and Customs Compliance (TCC) leader. While working at Schlumberger he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston Downtown. Ron was known for his love of the Detroit Tigers, and all things motorsports related, most especially, NASCAR racer Dale Earnhardt.
Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Betty (Check) Spisak, and his father, Nicholas Spisak. Ron is survived by his siblings: Gary Spisak, Michael Spisak and children Nicholas and Samantha, Lynn (Spisak) Huhn and husband Sidney Huhn and children Loyd and Michelle, and Nicholas Spisak and wife Robin (Tucker) Spisak.
A memorial will be held in his honor in Houston Texas, but his final resting place will be in his home state of Michigan, where a service will be conducted for his family in the summer of 2020.
