Ruth Evelyn Burns went to the Lord on Thursday July 4, 2013 in Missouri City, Texas. Ruth was born on November 1, 1918 in Hollywood, California. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia and husband Jean-Pierre Jacks; four grandchildren: Amy and husband Scott Carpenter, Eric and wife Emily Jacks, David Paul and wife Kelly Jacks, and David Sean Burns; and four great grandchildren: Ava Carpenter, Elle Carpenter, Isabella Jacks, and Marlowe Jacks. Special thanks to Optimum Personal Care and New Century Hospice for the loving care they provided to mom.
