Samuel David Donnell

Visitation will be 9 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Covenant Glen United Methodist Church, Missouri City, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Covenant Glen United Methodist Church, with Dr. Robert Childress of Covenant Glen, officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery. David was born in Jennings, Louisiana on November 17, 1957. He was an employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone over 33 years. He served in The United States Air Force. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.

David is preceded in death by his mother, Marell Andrus Donnell Mattox; and his grandparents, Mable Leopold Andrus and Simon Andrus Jr.

David is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Donnell; his three daughters, Susan Donnell, Samantha Donnell, Shadae Donnell; his two sons, Samuel David Donnell II, Stedman Donnell; two step children, Angela Jones (Mark) and Brian Mundy; ten grandchildren, Hallie Donnell, Cayla Guillory, Calie Guillory, Nathan Guillory, Skylar Joseph, Makayalie Joseph, Braylon Joseph, Cameron Jones, Ella Jones and Bryce Mundy; a sister, Diana Donnell-Mason (Mitchel) of Newton, Texas; two brothers, Dana Lenix Donnell of Washington D.C. and James Mattox Jr. of Newton Texas; former wife, Susan Donnell; nieces, nephews and a host of cousins, friends and loved ones.
