Shannon Elizabeth Staggs

Shannon Elizabeth Staggs was born in Conroe Texas on June 27, 1970 and passed away on February 8, 2011 at the age of 40. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Marie Sommers, grandfather Johnny (Pete) Staggs, her grandparents Jewel and Rabe Wilson and her uncle Travis Wilson. She is survived by her grandmother Martha Staggs, her mother Ann Staggs Vossler, and her father J. Michael Staggs and his wife SuEllen. She is also survived by her sister Rachel Staggs and her niece Hannah Staggs along with her aunts and uncles including: Barbara Lollinger Saulnier and her husband Paul, Donald Staggs and his wife Linda, Charles Dean Staggs, Ricky Staggs, Sheri O’Hagan and her husband Scott, John Lucher, Charlie and Gaye Lucher, Frank and Jackie Timte, Larry and Sandy Timte, John and Linda Timte, Richard Timte along with numerous cousins.

Shannon decided to change career paths and recently completed pharmacy technician school. She was always good with people, not afraid to strike up a conversation with anyone which helped make her a successful make up artist with in incredible ability to sell her in her previous career. She had a unique sense of style and was not afraid to be unconventional when it suited her.

She leaves behind her 13 year old daughter Sarah Staggs the light of her life. Shannon always missed spending more time with Sarah. In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an education fund for Sarah at Bank of America.

The family is honoring Shannon’s wishes to be cremated and will hold a memorial service to celebrate her life on Sunday February 13, 2011 at 3 PM at the Earthman Funeral home at 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford Texas 77477.
