Loved by all who knew him, Steve was devoted to his family and loved studying the Bible, was active in men’s prayer and home Bible study groups. Having spent all of his summers on Lake Erie, he was an avid sailor and nature buff. Steve loved to be outside camping, hiking, fishing and enjoying nature especially with his grandkids. His love of Mustangs kept him active in car clubs until the very end, driving his 1968 Mustang and 2019 Bullitt as often as possible.
A Celebration of Life was held in the backyard he loved so much. Some of his ashes will be scattered at Lake Erie and Big Bend National Park, two of his favorite places. Steve will be deeply missed and and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
