Susie P. Fong, age 56, passed away on Saturday April, 28th 2018 in Sugar Land, Tx. She was born in Taiwan on June 13, 1961, and was the oldest of four children. As a young child, she loved drawing and solving crossword puzzles. At a young age, her and her family relocated to Brazil where she helped her parents with their ocean side restaurant business, and it was there that her love for cooking began. Here in the United States, she was a loving, dedicated mother, wife, and successful business owner. She was an extremely positive and beautiful soul who loved to laugh, cook, and celebrate family occasions; she was also a loyal and attentive caregiver who cared for her father, mother, and husband, even in the face of adversity. Her smile and laughter were highly infectious, and brightened any room she was in. Susie will be GREATLY missed and is survived by her two children and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be kept private. For further details, please contact her son, Ricardo Rabelo, at 832-726-5306.
