She was born June 9, 1988, in Fairfax County and grew up in Stafford, graduating from North Stafford High School. She was a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University studying creative advertising. Allison was hard-working, intelligent, kind and creative. Her interests included music, drawing and writing in her journal.
Allison is survived by her parents, Robert Jones and Bonnie Vallance; her older sister, Christine Jones; her younger brother Ed Vowell, her grandfather Ed Valance; and numerous relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Church of Latter- day Saints Chapel, 161 Eustace Road, Stafford, and at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Fredericksburg.
