Amanda “Panda” Kimberly Garcia July 1st 1997- September 21st 2018 Amanda Kimberly Garcia, 21 of Stafford passed away on September 21st, 2018 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her mother and father, Lola and Jose Garcia, along with her siblings, Elena Garcia, Margarita Orange, David Garcia, and Adrian Garcia. Amanda was a loving gentle soul who touched the lives of anyone who got to know her. She taught the world how to love and accept and was a very selfless person who always put the needs of others before her own.
