She was born on September 3, 1932 in Danville, VA the daughter of the late Dock and Doris (Snead) Dix. She worked in the cafeteria for the Stafford County Schools.
Her husband, V.L. Revis; Step Mother, Stella Dix; Step Father, Vernard Snead; three sisters, Margaret Spain, Carolyn Chaney, Margie Dunkley; three brothers, Nelson Dix, Luke Snead, Bobby Snead; son in law, Ralph Thompson, Sr. preceded her in death.
Survivors include her four children, Jimmy F. Revis (Sherry), Johnnie W. Revis (Fiance, Kristen), Lois A. Thompson, Norma Jean Revis; two sisters, Nancy Watson and Vickie Slate; one brother, Donald Snead; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Stafford Memorial Park, 154 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, VA. Viewing will be at 1:00pm to 1:45pm prior to the service at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford
