Bonnie was born on April 17th, 1948 in Providence, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Paul and Vauda Bither. She was a graduate of Waterloo Senior High School and she attended Zion Bible Institute in Providence, Rhode Island. Bonnie lived for many years in the Finger Lakes area of upstate New York, where she enjoyed much happiness with her late husband, Gregory Pease, at their home on Seneca Lake. She and Greg were active supporters of the Seneca Community Players and the Finger Lakes Vikings Rugby Football Club.
Bonnie’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She moved to Virginia in the late 1990’s to be with her family and she enjoyed many happy years with her mother, siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Bonnie was a free spirit who cherished her freedom. She was a very patriotic person who honored Memorial Day with reverence and Independence Day with pride. Bonnie worked for several years at AAFES at Fort Monmouth and Fort Belvoir and was proud that she was able to give back to the military community.
Bonnie was predeceased by her husband Greg Pease, and her parents, Paul and Vauda Bither. She is survived by her twin brother William (Patty) of Millersville, Maryland, her brother David (Shelly) of Midlothian, Virginia, and her sister Deborah (Lori) of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was Aunt Bonnie to Joseph, Jonathan, Sara, Mark, Jessica, Cameron, and Chris.
Funeral services will be held for Bonnie at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home at 186 Shelton Shop Road in Stafford, Virginia on Saturday 29 May 2021 at 11 AM with internment immediately following.
