She was 12 when i first met her, told me i had to get off the sidewalk because her Dad was a cop and that meant she owned it.  We soon became fast friends. We grew up together, rode minibikes, went to concerts, hiked the streets of Arlington and D.C. dragging our jean jackets on the ground. We always had good times and she has been a kind friend to me since we were children.  As adults, we still kept in touch every so often.  It saddens me to lose her, she had a difficult life at times but was a true survivor in every sense of the word.  I helped her whenever possible. Please rest now. Love, Bipper.

Please tell me if this is the Brenda Lokey who lived in Fredericksburg and took care of her father, Roy Lokey the retired Arlington county police?

I can't believe you're gone. I Will always remember the laughs and sweet thoughtful things you gave to Jack. I'll miss you. Rest easy my friend.

Brenda was the most kind, loving
person I knew. She was not only my aide with me for over 6 years before and after my transplant, but my room mate and best friend. She was my soul mate. I will miss you greatly ,Brenda, and remember you in my heart. This is not goodbye, but see you later.  ❤❤❤I love you.
