Carl Robert Jackson Jr., 69 of Stafford passed Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Stafford Hospital Center surrounded by his family. He was owner/operator of Carl R Jackson and Sons for 30 years along with his two sons, David and Danny and his nephew, Gary Miller.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Malinda; two sons, David Michael Jackson and Danny Ray Jackson and wife, Stacy Lynn; two brothers, James Jackson and wife, Ann and Christopher Hightower and wife, Sylvia; five sisters, Joyce Anderson, Judy Blazek and husband, Ed, Stephanie Myles and husband, Alan, Kelly McMillion and husband, Joel, and Ellen Kronk; 10 grandchildren, David Michael Jackson, Jr., Dwayne Robert Jackson, Patrick Jackson, Ashley Jackson, Ryan Killing, Jonathan Ogle, Carlie Rebecca Jackson, Katy Jo Jackson, Brittney Jenkins, and Jason Jenkins Jr; and 7 great grandchildren, Chase Jackson, Blake Jackson, Riley Jackson, Aidan Kelly, Maleigha Stover, Braxton (Peanut) Walker, and Kaiden Walker ; and numerous nieces and nephews..

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel from 6-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 13,2018 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery.
