Catherine Ann Williams

Cathy’s passion in life was to teach bible stories to preschool children. She taught using letters, numbers, colors and shapes, and loved what she did. Cathy was proud of all the children when they left to go to kindergarten. She made a great contribution to local area children of Stafford. Many parents were astonished at what she accomplished with each and every one of their children. Cathy will be missed but not forgotten.

She is survived by her loving husband, William; three children, Nicky Williams and wife Katherine, Frankie Williams, and Vicky Loyd and husband William; sister, Theresa Oxendine; brother, Frank Brown; and five grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca, and Alyssa Williams and Billy and Brittany Loyd.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 1, 2014 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford from 6-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2014 at the funeral home at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
