Celeste Marie Lowe

Celeste Marie Lowe, 67 of Stafford passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Ernesto; two daughter, Deyka Russell and Donette Lowe; three brothers, Rev. Curtis Hinds, Gregorio Hinds, and Dave Hinds; five sisters, Ivonne Mine, Estella Parris, Felicia Parris, Sharon Hinds, and Melania Tait; and five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4:30-7:30 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford, with a funeral service starting at 7:30 pm. Interment will be Friday, November 17, 2017 at 10:00 am in Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the American Red Cross.
