He is survived by his two nephews, William "Billy" Utterback (Florida) and R.T Spencer (Stafford); his brother in law, Richard Spencer; and grand nieces and nephew, Will, Madelyne & Harlie Utterback.
Chuck was the owner of R&J automotive rebuilders.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Spencer; and his mother & father ,Thomas & Delia Tyler of Stafford.
A celebration of life will be held at later date.
