She was born February 28, 1944 in Detroit Michigan to the late August and Mary Dauksas.
She worked many years in retail management but what she valued most was being close with her grandchildren. She enjoyed volunteering at the local schools where everyone knew her as "grandma".
Diane was married to the late Robert Crews for 24 years.
Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Dauksas; father, August Dauksas; as well as her brothers, Eugene, Stephen and Richard.
She is survived by her daughters, Kim (Robert) Dilda and Sherry Crews (Larry Yehle).
She has four grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Amanda, Matthew and Megan and three great grandchildren Alexander, Kirklyn and Tristan.
A church service will be held August 16th at 12pm at St. William of York Catholic Church to celebrate Diane's life. St. William of York Catholic Church is located at 3130 Richmond Highway Stafford VA.
