Donald Ray Mullins, 63 of Stafford passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
He is survived by his mother, Madge Mullins; son, Steven Mills; and brother, Jack Mullins. He worked at Whitehurst Asphalt Company, Vulcan Material and Springfield Top Soil Company.
All services will be private.
