Doris Margaret Reese

Doris Margaret (Barry) Reese, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 9, 2014 in Arlington, VA. Doris was born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ and was a long time resident of Stafford. After raising her children, she worked for the Federal Government in Washington D.C. for many years.

She is survived by her children, Gail M. Reese of Los Angeles, CA, Catherine M. Reese of Fairfax, VA, John E.F. Reese and wife Jo Ellen of The Woodlands, TX, and Patrick O. Reese of Stafford, VA; three granddaughters, Jennifer, Rachel, and Emily Reese; and three siblings, Jospeh P. Barry Jr, Richard E. Barry, and Margaret A. Horan.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 39 years, John D. Reese; parents Joseph P. and Margaret C. Barry Sr.; and brother James W. Barry, Sr.

Her funeral mass will be offered at St. William of York Catholic Church on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 11:30 am, with interment to follow in Quantico National Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
