Elsie Marie Bell Strawser, 81, passed away peacefully in her sleep April 22, 2020. Elsie was born October 24, 1938 in Grundy, Virginia. Elsie is survived by: her husband of 22 years, James Strawser; her son James Bell and wife Karen; her stepson James Strawser Jr. and wife Lena; her stepson Ricky Strawser; her brothers, Jeff Dotson, Paul Dotson and wife Judy; her sister Juanita Honaker and husband George; many grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Patrick Bell, sisters Phyllis Prater and Betty Smith.
A memorial service will take place at Stafford Memorial Gardens in Stafford, Virginia on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with immediate family present. Due to the current situation, family is asking that support be shown in the form of arrangements that can be sent directly to the funeral home.
