Jacob Thomas Fulton, 11 years old of Stafford, Virginia passed away at VCU Medical Center on Sunday, January 11, 2015, after a courageous battle with pediatric cancer (Neuroblastoma). Jacob was a 5th grader at Rockhill Elementary, loved video games, movies and playing with friends.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Susan; siblings, Kaitlynn, Kelsey and Landon; grandparents, Brian and Diane Fulton and Hobart and Julia Walker; uncles and aunts, Greg and Trish Fulton, Herbert and Becky Jacobs, and Jeff and Donna Rose; and numerous cousins.
The family will receive family and friends on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford from 6-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church at 1:00 pm Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to Rockhill Volunteer Fire Department, 2133 Garrisonville Road, Stafford, VA 22556 and or the Strong for Dom Foundation, 104 Carriage Hill Dr., Fredericksburg, VA 22405.
