Born in Washington D.C., on Sept. 17, 1952, he was the son of the late Leonard and Rose Anne Marshall, as well as the husband of Debbie Marshall. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Colonial Beach. He loved his family very much and was a die hard Washington sports fan.
He was survived by his three children: son Patrick, wife Tiffany and their children Caleb and Noel; daughter Charline and her son, Cristian; and his son, Joshua, of the U. S. Navy.
In addition to his children, he is survived by eight brothers and sisters, Harry C. Marshall (Gale), Catherine A. Hanks, Donna M. Marshall, Bryan C. Marshall, Bruce A. Marshall, Paul C. Marshall ( JoAnne), Michael V. Marshall (Mary) and Hope L. Mikelson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford.
