She is survived by four children, Darlene E. Heckethorn of Warrenton, David M. Allen of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Brenda G. Hehmeyer of Oviedo, FL, and Charlene D. Lail of Bealeton; and seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David E. Allen.
A funeral service will be held at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford on Wednesday, June 22 at 1:00 PM, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
