John “Jack” Stewart Jr., 81, of Stafford, VA passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021.
He was born August 10, 1939 in Washington D.C to the late John and Marian Stewart.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Gisi Stewart; his son, John Scott Stewart; his daughters, Gisi Maria Estes (David), Christina Marie Paugh (John), and Michelle Lyn Waltemyer.
Jackie is also survived by his sister, Norma Schools and her children, Mechele, Steven and Robbie; and his sister, Marian Roby and her children, Mickey, Kevin, and Kenny.
He will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Maegan (Chris), Zach (Suzanne), Shannon, Dillon, Jesse, Calista, Jacob and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Bowen, Baker and Baby Boy Estes (due in September); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He loved volunteering at the NATIONAL MUSEM OF THE MARINE CORPS. He loved his family,
camping with friends and was an avid REDSKIN fan. Enjoyed hunting with Gerry. Loved to read
about history, especially Military history
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jack’s name to the National Marine Corps Museum’s Heritage Foundation.

A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. After the service there will be a procession to Quantico National Cemetery where Mr. Stewart will be laid to rest.
