Mrs. Elkins was born in Johnstown, Pa. on August 6, 1940 to Charles and Dorothea Hunter Elkins.
She is survived by her sons; J. T. Mackie and Brett Mackie and her daughter Roxanne Saldivar five grandchildren; Tammie Steiter, Taylor Mackie, Jonah Saldivar, Kai Saldivar and Kelsey Saldivar as well as one great grandchild, Logan Streiter.
