

Lynval Norwood Angln was born on November 26, 1944 in St. Leonards, Westmoreland, Jamaica, W.I. to Lynval Maxwell Anglin and Lilian Sylvenia Anglin (Swaby). He was the first of eight children. He also had four half-siblings. Known to his friends and family as Lenny, he grew up in Jamaica and learned the carpentry trade. In 1968, he married Ann Elizabeth Anglin (Johnson). Together, they had four children.
In 1974, Lenny and Ann emigrated with their family from Jamaica to the United States. They settled in the Herndon/ Reston area of Virginia. Lenny worked in construction as a carpenter. His area of expertise was in Finish Work, including casework, molding, and trim work. In November of 1984, Lenny and Ann bought their first home in Dale City, Virginia.
Lenny and Ann divorced in 1990s and Lenny met and married Donna Coontz Anglin from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Their marriage lasted until Donna’s death in 2005. Lenny later returned to Virginia to be with his children.
He is survived by his former wife, Ann, and their four children, Grace Ann Cellucci (Anglin) and her husband Richard Louis Cellucci, Albert George Anglin and his wife Ashley Anglin (Bevilacqua), Henry Augustus Anglin and his wife Jennifer Anglin (Hoppe), and Lynval Norwood Anglin III and his wife Abigail Anglin (White).
Lenny leaves behind twelve grand children: Daniel Cellucci, Victoria Cellucci, Gioia (Leo) Anglin, Jacob Anglin, Joshua Anglin, Hannah Anglin, Jonathon Anglin, Hazel Anglin, Josiah Anglin, Evelyn Anglin, Julia Anglin and Elizabeth Anglin, three sisters Joan Anglin, Winsome Forbes, and Marie Anglin, and a brother Paul Anglin.
Lenny is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Coontz Anglin, his parents, Lynval Maxwell Anglin and Lilian Swaby Anglin, his sister Sharon Anglin, his brothers Roman Anglin, Lindock Collinwood Anglin, Walsey Anglin, Owen Chin-Yet, and his granddaughter, Gemma Anglin.
The Viewing has been scheduled for Saturday, January 17th at 1:00pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service located at 186 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, Va. The interment is scheduled for 2:00pm at Stafford Memorial Park located at 154 Shelton Shop Road in Stafford, Va.
