She is survived by her daughter, Tia Dazet of Stafford; three sons, Joshua, Michael, and Ryan Dazet all of Stafford; partner, Staci Sharkey of Stafford; mother, Cathy Moore of Sutton, WV; two brothers, Christopher Meadows of Sutton, WV and James Meadows of Dillwyn; and her grandparents, Denver and Catherine Case of Camden on Gauley, WV.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 30, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford. A service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 1, 2011, with burial to follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
