She is survived by daughter Jane Ann Akers (James); siblings Dot Vogal (Kurt), Francis Woodard and Sonny Britz; grandchildren Jonell Lynn Rivera and Tonya Akers; great-grandchildren Kalli Pedersen and Zoey Rivera; nieces Mary, Debbie, Linda and Annamarie; and nephews Bill, Jimmy, Billy, Mike and Bobby.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, July 30, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alexandria at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 31. Interment will follow at St. Mary's cemetery.
