Obituary of Polly A. Wilson
Polly Victorian Wilson was born March 9, 1961 to Lena and Ernest Victorian of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She attended Sacred Heart School/Jr. High where she proceeded to attend Saint Louis High School and was involved in the Blues Marching Squad, Track, Drama and Speech team where she won numerous awards. She attended McNeese State University which she majored in Physical Education and was a member of the Omega Si Phi Pearls. From college she joined the Army Reserve where she stayed for 13 years. On April 26, 1986 she was wed to Frederick Wilson of North Carolina for 32 years. She was employed at Leary Charter School, Mount Vernon High School and South County High School which she retired. First and foremost Polly was a child of God where she was an active member of Fort Belvoir Chapel and taught Catechism. She enjoyed family gatherings, reading, traveling, shopping, eating and loved counseling people. Polly loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved going fishing with her husband. Polly is preceded in death by her parents Ernest Sr. and Lena Victorian, one sister: Brenda Bilbo, three brothers: Patrick, Ernest and John Victorian. Polly leaves to cherish her memories with the love of her life Frederick Wilson, 2 sons: Damien (Shuquana) Victorian of Utah, Dominique Wilson of Stafford, VA; 2 daughters: Dana Victorian of Alabama, Danielle Wilson of Woodbridge, VA. 2 Sisters: Clara Powell of Georgia, Jacqueline Chatman of Dallas, Texas, 11 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
