I met Reggie Blanch as a security guard. He gave me my first chance in IT with no experience. Mr. Blanch encouraged me to go to college. When I didn't understand some of the material, I gave him a call and he assisted and help me with my assignments. Because of Reggie, I completed my associate's degree. He gave my so much confidence to better myself as an individual. He was always about completing the mission and that's what I will carry with me through my profession and life. Complete what I start. RIP Reggie. My prayers will be with the Blanch family.

For the brief time that I worked with Reggie, it was easy to see that he was a rare individual. One of the things that I found most unique about him, was his ability to motivate people. It was not necessarily what he would say, but how he would present things. There were several conversations I had with him that I will always remember. At the end of those conversations, Reggie always left me with a better outlook of myself or my situation, than before the conversation began. I will always look back on those conversations fondly, but more importantly I will always be grateful for his showing me what it means to strive to be a better person . Thank you Reggie. May your light continue to shine and your words always resonate with us.

My deepest sympathy for the Blanch Family. I remember my meet and greet for a job interview with Reggie was pleasant, funny and comfortable. He said to me "he could tell a lot about a person from just meeting them". He was very direct. Knowing him for a short period, I could tell he had a Big Heart. May he Rest in Peace. I will continue to keep the family in Prayer.

Having known Reggie as a kind and gentle spirit since he was 8 years old, his bright smile, devotion to family, and dedication to the betterment of mankind will be void.

Joy and Pain are my feelings now. Joy in knowing that Reggie is home with his Heavenly Father and his Earthly Father too. Knowing he is free from pain and suffering and resting well. Pain because of a void here on Earth. Knowing we can't see him physically anymore. Thankful for his spirit and the memories that will be with us forever. To my extended family, The Wonderful Blanch Family, I'm sorry I can't be there physically, but know each of you will forever be in my heart. My thoughts and prayers for comfort and strength are with you all. Love always, Fredia and Family❤️🙏🏼💞
