Richard Charles Sylvester, 61, of Stafford County, passed away thursday, March 20, 2014. He is survived by his wife Linda; sons, Richard and Eric; brothers, Bill (Mary) and Earnie (Kaye); sister Shari; granddaughters, Jordan and Alyssa and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will recieve friends from 12 - 1 p.m., Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Mullins & Thompson funeral Service, Stafford Chapel, where a memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
