I miss you uncle Scotty sooooo much! I loved having you stay at grandma's house. I always looked forward to seeing you everytime I went over there. Your smile always brightened my day. I just loved saying "hey uncle Scotty!". I never seen any of my uncles on a regular bacis like I saw you and I was really starting to love the fact you were always around. Two days before you passed you and Debbie Scott came into my job & as always you gave me the biggest hug and had that big grin on your face. I was so happy to see you guys since it was my first day at my new job and just seeing you calmed me down. I love the time I got to spend with me. I love all of the talks we had. I love how happy grandma was because she just loved having her son around all the time. Spike sits infront of your door all the time. Ever since you've been gone that cat doesn't leave me alone haha. I really do miss you uncle Scotty. I remember on my homecoming night you were trying to take a picture of me and my bestfriend and you held the camera the wrong way so I made fun of you and you turned the joke around me and started making fun of my lisp hahaha. You were always making jokes that's for sure. I love you & miss you so much.

Scotty, I was blessed to have been loved by you twice in my life.  Our years together mean everything to me.  You were a great dad to Chris & Amanda, and Aiden loved being with his Grandpa. Rest in peace Scotty. We were great friends as teenagers. Although our lives grew apart, I never forgot about you. I knew Scotty back in the day and loved him along with his "best girl friend" like no others.  I am sad to find that Scotty has passed, but am proud to say that he and his "long ago love" finally found each other again.  Even though it wasn't forever, they were destined to have "their time"  Because they did, they made a beautiful daughter together who will carry on both Susan and Scotty's flame within her.

Scotty was always special in my eyes being there when his Grandfather was injured and seeking help as a young boy. He was always a pleasure to visit with and hold a conversation for hours at a time. God bless his family as they adjust to this great loss here on earth and may we all arrive on the other side of Jordan and join hands again.

To the family of Robert Eugene Scott Millard may you find peace and comfort knowing that your love one is at rest and you shall see him again...

I knew Scotty back in High School and he was such a kind and caring guy. So very sad to see he had died and wish I could have seen him before he died. But I still have my memories.

Terry and  Phylis  have  said  it  all.  I  want  to  add,  that  White  Christmas  will  always  have  a  special  memory of  you.  Thank  you  for  joining  us  at  Dougherty's.  We  all  will  remember  you  with  a  smile  on  our  faces.  You  had  friends  here  that  will  always  remember  you.

Scotty, I will never forget you!  You were the most beautiful, caring, compassionate person that I have ever known.  You always listened to me never judging and gave me the best advise rather I wanted to hear it or not.  We become Best Friends....and I will always remember our trip to West Virginia to play the slots at Hollywood Casino.  I miss you soooo much.  I Love You Scotty...you will always hold a special place in my heart!

I will never forget Scotty! I'm so fortunate to have known him! He was by-far one of the most non-judgemental people I've ever met! His smile was warm & he was handsome! I  will truly miss him! I Love You Scotty!
