Robert "Pops" Franklin Willingham

He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth “Libby” Petenbrink; step father, Bud Petenbrink; and maternal father, John Willingham, all of Cumberland, MD.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia “Ginny” Willingham of Stafford, VA; children, Harold (Kristine) Endres of Sarasota, FL, Bobby Joe (Joann) Willingham of Cumberland, MD, Lisa (Rick) Fenton of Bunkerhill, WV, Lance Willingham and fiancée Jacquelyn “Jackie” Chapell of Martinsburg, WV, David (Jeannine) Willingham of Stafford, VA and Debbie (Ed) Albright of Frostburg, MD; twelve grandchildren;` and three great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 15th at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel with a visitation one hour prior. The family invites friends to gather at Dougherty’s Tavern 2055 Jefferson Davis Highway Stafford, VA 22554 following the service. Burial will be private.
