Ruth Ann Rigsbee

Ruth Ann Rigsbee, 79 of Stafford, VA passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Romagna and her husband, Roy; her son, Troy Rigsbee; and her grandchildren, Dustin Romagna, Austin Romagna & Candace Romagna. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Kenneth Rigsbee. She was a loving, caring mother and grandmother who gave her all to her family. Ruth dedicated 20 years of her life to being a teacher at a daycare, and adored the children. She absolutely loved gardening, she could spend hours on end in the yard planting, and she definitely had a green thumb. Her house was always filled with house plants and flowers and the garden always decorated with something new. Ruth loved going on family vacations, whether it was the mountains or the beach, she was always there. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing, she always had a happy outlook on life. She loved having conversations with long-time friends. She was the most kindhearted person we ever knew. She will be greatly missed. A visitation for Ruth will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Her funeral service will start at 12:00pm, then she will be laid to rest with her husband at Stafford Memorial Gardens.
