Sandra Ann Painter, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at her residence in Catlett, VA. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to her late parents, Allston and Margret Kinsey. She was a member of St, Mathias Episcopal Church of Detroit, MI, where she was baptized and confirmed.
Sandi was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earl and brothers, Mike and Ronnie Kinsey.
She leaves behind a daughter, Staci Jenkins and husband Darin of Berkeley Springs, W.VA; her son, Scott Painter and wife Leslie of Catlett, VA; Grandsons, Shane and Casey Pentoney of Berkeley Springs; granddaughters, Lynnsey and Paige Painter of Catlett; and one great grandson, Ryder Pentoney.
