Ever sense I was a young kid every time Nana and I stopped at the store She would buy us lottery tickets and she say “If you win don’t forget yo Nana it’s 50/50” ❤️ We’d go out and blow every dime we had on slot machines praying for that Big Win but really the only thing mattered is we were having a blast togather ❤️ Nana was my 2nd Mom if not everybody’s , she was a Beautiful Strong woman who would give you the shirt right off her back and I wish I could just take back every single day we had togather ❤️ Until we see each other again I love you My Angel ! -Your Dakoda 🤞🏼

A gentleman named Ducky asked me to write a memory for him after the service:
I met Shelby through Bob Shelton. She was there for me no matter what, all of my ups and downs. She always brought me back up. 
I always called her Mom or Grandma depending on how low I was. I remember one time I was at my lowest and she laid with me on the couch and just held me like I was one of her "babies". Everyone she loved was one of her Babies! Her family doesn't know me much but I appreciate  Mama Shelby and all the unconditional love she showed me.

My wonderful sister & friend, I miss & love you sissy, Although we knew each other for many years,, we became more than friends, we became sisters & family.I will miss our talks but now I can talk more to you thru the Lord. You loved my kids & especially Willie, now you can see & laugh together, just as I loved yours. I'm  so sorry ,I didn't  keep in touch alot more thanI did, I am having a very hard time ,& since you left us. I feel like it's  even harder.I just know you would understand..You always told me you suffering & wish God wouldn't  let you go on.well God always answers prayers. We always said. Look up.  Gosh honey ,I pray you are at peace, I know you suffered so for quite a long time. You are with Bob now, & you both at ease. From a young age growing up and spending time with Shelby, Tina and bob was a big part of my life. Sheby would always be there if you needed advice or help. She always treated me like one of her kids.
I believe she treated everyone like that. Sheby was a mother, Friend, that you could always count on to help. Shelby will definitely be missed.


I remember hanging out at your house with Tina I loved seeing you I thought you were the coolest mom Tina was lucky to have a mom like you you will for ever be in our hearts rip sweet Shelby 

Jeannie, how many memories I have of you hanging out with our Mom as if you two were the greatest women on earth and you possibly could have been.  Then time went by and you hung out with my two brothers, Pete and Jerry.  They both cared so much and had lots of good times with you. You helped them so much and anybody else you knew that needed it.  There are so many wonderful memories of you and other members of my family that I could go on and on.  Rest Peacefully Beautiful Lady.

Nana to many including three very special men in my life Dakoda, Kaiden and Kylan . I know you loved them beyond words as well as they did you. I was 23 when we met I love her postive about things we became sister and will always be I will miss her laugh her advice she loved her children and my also as I did her last year we got together I spent time with her and Bob talked about the old days she just laughed so hard one Christmas it was just me and her we had nothing no tree no food but peanut butter and crackers we laughed hugged one another and said we will always have one another my heart and prayers go out to everyone ❤ I know she is pain free and happy Shelby I will miss you but in my heart you will always stay I love you sis
